ANNOYED PAY MY DOCTOR: WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I'm trying to pay my doctor's bill online, but the system keeps asking for a client ID. The problem is, I have absolutely none clue what that even means. I've checked my statements and emails, but there's zilch about a client ID. This entire process is incredibly frustrating! Perhaps that I need to call their office and ask for this ID number?
